Fleet Rental and Transfer Services – Rental Terms

1. Rental Period and Reservation

• Vehicle rental or transfer service is valid for the dates and times specified during the reservation.
• A deposit or credit card information is required to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be notified at least [X] hours/days before the service date.

2. Vehicle Usage

• Rented vehicles may only be used for the purpose specified in the contract.
• Smoking in the vehicles or using them in a way that poses a risk of accident or damage is prohibited.
• Any damage occurring during the use of the vehicle is the responsibility of the renter.

3. Liability and Insurance

• Our vehicles are covered by mandatory traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance (kasko).
• NATS Turizm is not responsible for damages resulting from traffic rule violations or damages occurring in the vehicle.
• The renter is responsible for any damage the vehicle may cause to third parties or their property.

4. Payment and Fees

• Rental fees are specified during the reservation and are valid for the duration of the service.
• Additional services (driver, extra mileage, extended transfer time, etc.) are subject to additional charges.
• Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or via other pre-agreed methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If a reservation is canceled within the specified period, a refund is possible.
• Cancellations made within the restricted period may result in partial or no refund.
• Cancellation and change conditions are communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Emergency and Support

• In the event of a breakdown or emergency, NATS Turizm provides 24/7 support.
• In emergencies, the driver or renter is obliged to immediately notify NATS Turizm.

7. Special Conditions

• Vehicles may only be driven by authorized drivers.
• Requests for child seats, navigation systems, or special equipment must be specified during the reservation.
• NATS Turizm is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, traffic, or force majeure events.
